L'obligation du respect des tombes (Ibn Juzayy Al Kalbî Al Gharanâtî)
Al Imâm Abû 'Abdi Llâh Ibn Juzayy Al Kalbî Al Gharanâtî (qu'Allâh lui fasse miséricorde) a dit : Les tombes doivent être respectées, qu'elles soient de musulmans ou non. Quand on creuse une tombe, on ne doit pas déterrer le restes des os qui s'y trouvent, on ne doit pas les déplacer non plus dans un autre endroit.
